Our Guarantee to you:
All of our trees and plants are guaranteed to arrive to you alive and healthy. Once you receive your product, and if after proper care and watering, a tree/plant dies within 90 days of shipping, contact us with a photo of the tree/plant in question and you may request a replacement free of charge. There will be no refunds for dead trees/plants at any time after the 3 day return period and no replacements after the 90 day time period.
ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you cancel your order due to mistakes or other personal reasons, there will be a 10% cancellation fee to cover credit card/processing fees and administrative fees.
Returns:
If for some reason you decide you do not want your order after receiving it, due to the nature of the product, you may return it (subject to 15% restock fee) and it must be shipped for return within 3 business days of the original receipt date. Contact us for a return authorization.
Shipping information:
Free Standard Ground Shipping for orders over $100 up to $2000. Free shipping over $100.00 applies for orders to be shipped during 1 shipping season. If you split orders to be shipped both spring and fall, the order total must be over $200.00 For orders over $2000, shipping is generally charged at a flat rate of 10% of the order based on $1000 increments. See the table.

For other than standard ground shipping, rates are charged as carrier cost + a small handling fee.
Orders for trees are generally shipped during 2 seasons, either spring or fall depending on time requested by the customer. For Spring, shipping normally begins no earlier than March 15 depending on the zone being shipped to and in order of receipt. Orders should be completely shipped by end of May for northern locations. If you have a particular date other than that, please contact us.
Fall shipping begins Oct. 1 and will continue through November 30, again depending on zone.
Orders will generally be shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays depending on expected time enroute to destination so that the plants do not sit in a truck or warehouse over the weekends when temperatures could be detrimental to the health of plants.
Most orders are shipped by standard ground via the carrier of choice from the customer, but expedited shipping is available.
For larger orders (over $2000) LTL freight would most likely be used. Please call for cost.
Cost of shipping for expedited orders or orders under $50.00 is based on weight and is determined at checkout according to the order and choice of carrier and method.
We do not ship internationally.
